The Project
About Mahindra SEZ Jaipur
Mahindra SEZ Jaipur is a 3,000-acre integrated industrial city and multi-product Special Economic Zone
on the Ajmer Road (NH-8) corridor in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is developed by Mahindra Lifespaces in
partnership with the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO)
through a public-private partnership. The RERA approval for the project is currently under process.
The scale of the development is what sets it apart. Three broad components make up the master plan: an
approximately 1,500-acre SEZ area, a roughly 1,000-acre Domestic Tariff Area (DTA)
and a proposed 500-acre social and residential zone. Together these form a single integrated
environment for manufacturing, business operations, logistics and allied commercial activities.
Residential and commercial plots are available from 1,350 to 7,200 sq. ft. with prices
starting at ₹60 Lakhs. This range is designed
to serve different needs within the same address — from smaller plots for individual buyers to larger parcels
for businesses and institutions. Possession is expected in June 2029, subject to applicable approvals
and development progress.
A key advantage of the location is its position within the influence zone of the
Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). This supports regional industrial and logistics connectivity
along the NH-8 corridor, which is central to the project’s planning as a multi-product SEZ. The SEZ is designed
to support multiple sectors and industrial businesses with integrated infrastructure.
Sustainability is part of the development approach. Mahindra World City Jaipur’s initiatives
include water conservation, rainwater harvesting and large-scale plantation programmes. Associated conservation efforts
have helped conserve more than 44 crore litres of water annually across nearby villages.
What is not yet confirmed matters as much as what is. RERA approval is under process. Detailed
infrastructure specifications, plot-wise final pricing, payment plans and construction timelines have not been
officially released at this stage. Prospective buyers should verify all approvals and official project documentation
before making a financial commitment.
